Dr. Jack Shohet Teaches Specialized Procedure in Europe

Dr. Jack Shohet recently traveled to London, England to teach a specialized technique he has developed for implanting the Esteem implantable hearing aid. His trip was sponsored by Envoy Medical.

Jack Shohet, M.D. recently travelled to Paris, France on behalf of Envoy Medical to instruct European physicians on a technique he has developed for implanting the company’s Esteem implantable hearing device. Shohet Ear Associates is one of three sites worldwide engaged in clinical trials of this totally implantable hearing aid. Dr. Shohet is shown here with Professeur Bruno Frachet outside the operating room at the Hospital Avicenne in Paris.

Dr. Jack Shohet recently traveled to Rome, Italy to teach a multi-national group of a surgeons a specialized technique he has developed for implanting the Esteem implantable hearing aid. His trip was sponsored by Envoy Medical. From left the surgeons are:Rafael Urquiza from Malaga, Spain, Thomas Nikolopoulos from Athens, Greece, Khalid Mohammed A.Taibah from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Aristides Sismanis from Athens, Greece, Maurizio Falcioni from Rome Italy, Dr. Shohet and Pierre Garin from Belgium.
