In order to continue offering a high level of service, we regularly survey our patients on their experiences with our Orange County office. The responses are used to enhance the care we deliver and the office practices we use. In order to ensure accurate and unbiased results, we use a third-party web-based survey company to evaluate patient responses and generate summary reports. Surveys are completed online and submitted directly to the survey company.

We also utilize the results generated by outside providers to determine patient satisfaction. We compare these results to the data from our own survey to determine the reliability of our own findings. Greater Newport Physicians Patient Satisfaction Survey Results for Shohet Ear Associates

Greater Newport Physicians (GNP) surveys its patients on an annual basis for their level of satisfaction with GNP specialists. In 2010, GNP patients responding to the survey rated Dr. Shohet a 98.13 out of a possible 100. In addition:

• 98.58% of GNP patients who saw Dr. Shohet would choose him again
• 98.58% would recommend him to a friend or loved one
